Mission Statement

The UNC-CH SPS K-12 Educational Outreach Program seeks to engage Orange County youth in physics and related STEM subjects to promote student interest and confidence in physics, reduce systemic barriers to quality STEM education, and prepare youth for collegiate science education through free, enhanced, and consistent tutor-tutee relationships.
